Enthusiastic and adventurous by nature, they eagerly seized this opportunity. Their mission? To revolutionize the Food & Beverage landscape in Asia. Thus, they launched this platform to share their expertise and adventures with fellow bartenders, sommeliers, enthusiasts, and restaurateurs alike. Through their stories and insights, both of them aim to illuminate and enrich the ever-changing world of hospitality.

What means sustainability to us?

The saddest part is probably the zested fruits, those sad oranges you never know what to do with, the soggy lime wedges, the egg yolks we casually toss away, the wine boxes we break and stick behind a bin… Because let’s face it, sometimes you just can’t be bothered to repurpose that so-called «waste».
