Juan Fortunato was born in Argentina and has been shaped by his culinary experiences across the world.
He began his culinary journey out of a passion for sports and nutrition, with an interest in understanding the role food plays in well-being and performance.
After his bachelor’s in Nutrition, he started from humble beginnings in the kitchen. Juan worked his way from dishwasher to chef, driven by the vision of blending gourmet flavors with balanced nutrition.
His values are the foundation of his mission to provide indulgent yet nourishing food that supports a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
